I am Ayanna, a proud African American single mother of two beautiful children. My life has been shaped by perseverance, faith, and a deep calling to create something meaningful for my family and my community. As a licensed esthetician and the founder of Truce Aesthetics in Roseville, California, I have dedicated my life to serving others through beauty and wellness.

My journey has not been easy. Raising my children on my own has required countless sacrifices, from working long hours to putting my own needs aside to ensure their future. But through every challenge, my faith in Jesus Christ has been my anchor. I believe God placed a vision in my heart — to create a peaceful, welcoming spa where people can experience not just outer beauty, but inner renewal.

Truce Aesthetics is more than a business to me; it’s a ministry of self-care, confidence, and healing. We offer customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, memberships, and on-site wellness events for workplaces and community groups. I carefully select professional-grade products that deliver results while creating a serene, nurturing environment for my clients.

This Kiva loan will allow me to expand my services, purchase needed equipment and supplies, and strengthen my marketing to reach more people. My ultimate goal is to create opportunities for other women — especially single mothers — to work, learn, and grow alongside me.
