I grew up learning compassion, resilience, and responsibility at a very young age. I helped care for my grandparents, but the experience that shaped me most was caring for my grandmother after she was diagnosed with chronic heart failure. Being so young and stepping into that role showed me the power of care and presence, and it ultimately guided me toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner. My parents shaped me in different but equally meaningful ways — my dad, a carpenter and entrepreneur, taught me hard work and independence, while my mom, a nurse, showed me what it looks like to serve people with skill and compassion.

Today, those early experiences fuel my passion and my purpose as a nurse practitioner and the owner of Vita Infusion & Wellness. I am driven to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own lives, just as I once wished for my own family. Building this business has been a journey of healing, growth, and determination. My dream is to continue expanding my medspa into a thriving, community-centered space that creates opportunity, empowers women, and delivers exceptional wellness care across Nashville.
